Matthew
Owner and Manager
Matthew has a wealth of experience having worked in the industry since 1995. Matthew started working in a small clinic in Cronulla before moving onto working for larger companies to obtain the depth of experience he now brings to Advanced Hearing Solutions and the Bathurst community. In addition to running Advanced Hearing Solutions Matthew contributes widely to hearing services in general having served on a number of industry boards over the years, as well as volunteering time overseas for the Starkey Hearing Foundation.
Michelle
Office Administrator, CFO, HR
Michelle performs multiple vital roles for Advanced Hearing Solutions. She is not only our office administrator but also our CFO and our HR manager. Michelle brings her experience in retail management, as well as the multi-tasking skills she has acquired as a mother of four, to Advanced Hearing Solutions to help us run smoothly.

In 2014, while living in Europe, I was diagnosed with Bilateral Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss. I required hearing aids as soon as possible and so I purchased a pair designed by Phonak through an audiology centre in Hungary.

Matthew is always ready and willing to provide support and assistance, quite often at a moment’s notice, and I was particularly impressed when he was able to ‘tune’ my remote-controlled CIC (Completely-In-Canal) hearing aids to my complete satisfaction using Phonak’s complex computer program. As a matter of fact, I had also purchased a spare pair of BTE (Behind-The-Ear) hearing aids in Hungary and Matthew was successfully able to adjust them to perfection as well.
